The Girard-Perregaux Laureato 42 mm is a watch housed in a rose gold case with hand-crafted black onyx dial and equipped with a proprietary mechanical movement.
Girard-Perregaux announced the arrival of a new addition to the family: the new 42 mm Laureato in rose gold and onyx, the case is presented in rose gold following the tradition of previous models, which alternates polished and satin-brushed surfaces throughout the watch.
The House combined the tones of the case with a sumptuous dial crafted by hand in black onyx. The hands, baton-type indexes and GP logo, located at 12 o'clock, are presented in warm golden tones.
It has a power reserve of at least 54 hours. It should be noted that although this model is not a 'limited edition', its production is reduced due to the lengthy manufacturing process.
When the Laureato was originally launched in 1975, it won the hearts and admiration of many design aficionados and watch collectors.
From the beginning, the design of this model combined various shapes to create a distinctive yet cohesive look. Each Laureato features an octagonal bezel that sits on a circular ring, which in turn sits on an angular barrel-shaped case.
