Exquisite Food and a Design That is Both Contemporary and Evocative

Old Monaco has been charmed by the Maya Bay restaurant. This new proposal by Chef Christophe Dupuy has made waves in the principality, not only because of its dishes, but also because of the revolutionary interior design by Sylvestre Murigneux, who has created a garden around the establishment that takes us to the very heart of the Northern Thailand jungle. For his part, chef Dupuy offers an extensive selection of Northeastern and Southeastern Asian dishes, such as red curry with grilled shrimp; po pia pack, monumental spring rolls filled with julienne of vegetables; and gai tod, fried chicken paired with lemon sauce, kaffir leaves and coriander seeds.
