Opened by chef Tetsuya Wakuda, is one of the best restaurants in Singapore. Its success has been such that it has had a presence in San Pellegrino Guide for two years consecutively within the best 50 restaurants in the world. The place name has origins in two words waku, which means arise (such as thermal water spilled from a source) and ghin silver color, which is the favorite color of the chef and proof of this can be seen in the decor of the place
The restaurant accommodates up to 25 guests and is divided into four rooms, decorated in a different way, which is why each displays different personality. Each room has a qualified chef to delight the palates of every one of the guests, and a stainless steel grill in which the preparation of food, in view of Diners, will be during it dinner. Dishes prepared with the best ingredients, such as: Canadian lobster, beef from Tasmania, shrimp, sea urchins and abalone, achieving a fine menu.
