Susanna Palazuelos, originally from Guerrero chef, won two awards in the latest edition of the Gourmand International Award for his book My favorite menus, a compilation of recipes published in journals in recent years.

Mexican chef was recognized at the Book Fair in Yantai, China for his book My favorite menus, in the categories of Best in the World and Best Entertaining Cookbook.

The award was delivered into the hands of Edouard Cointrau, President of Cordon Bleu school, who grants each year as the Gourmand Awards, considered the most important in this sector to the authors of cookbooks recognition.
