As part of the various exclusive events that will be held throughout the year as preparation for the 10th edition of the Wine & Food Festival, a thematic dinner product of a collaboration between chefs Jorge Vallejo from the Quintonil Restaurant in Mexico City, and James Kent, from Eleven Madison Park in New York. The duo of outstanding international chefs offered a 6-course dinner, in which they had the opportunity to exchange their ideas and visions about the flavors on which their menus are based.
As part of the Exquisite Culinary Series in the gastronomic platform, in a "Fine Dinning" concept, the most outstanding cooks of world gastronomy will present their offer in different venues in Mexico. The next treat will be on Isla Mujeres, on April 19 and 20: Sunset Yacht & Dinner with Chef Hélène Darroze, with 2 Michelin Stars and Best Female Chef of the World in 2015; to continue on May 4th and 5th in Tulum, with a collaboration between chefs Martha Ortiz and Dominique Crenn, 2 Michelin Stars and Best Female Chef of the world in 2016.
In the summer, Wine & Food Festival will offer the World Tasting Village with the best gastronomic exhibitors. And in November, the celebration of the 10th edition of the Wine & Food Festival Cancun - Riviera Maya 2018 will feature unique and unparalleled gastronomic events, national and international star chefs, renowned sommeliers, extraordinary wines and the best liquors and spirits to have an unforgettable culinary experience in Cancun and Riviera Maya.
