espués de recorrer el Valle de Calchaquíes, en
la provincia de Salta, en Argentina, empuja-
mos la puerta de Los Patios de Cafayate, un
lujoso hotel de Luxury Collection de Sheraton, enme-
dio de los viñedos del mismo nombre.
Sus patios invitan a disfrutar del aroma de las flo-
res que los visten y sus salones son un llamado a soñar
con el pasado, rodeado por muebles antiguos y pintu-
ras de arte. Las vistas sobre los viñedos que rodean el
hotel son espectaculares.
Las suites de inmediato brindan una cálida re-
lajación al huésped, enmedio de un ambiente de
aristocracia, con las viñas (al fondo) que regalan el
excelente vino de la región a sus visitantes. Cada
una de las 30 suites y habitaciones fueron decora-
das con exclusividad y originalidad, además de con-
tar con su propio jacuzzi.
Desayunar en la terraza y disfrutar de la vista, donde
las lavandas aromatizan el aire, para después dar paso al
goce del Spa, con sus hierbas y esencias, sus relajantes
masajes que siguen la tradición del Winespa, con direc-
ción al valle y las montañas moradas como fondos.
Después de visitar la bodega del Esteco, que produce
los mejores vinos de Michel Torino, se puede disfrutar de
la excelente cocina del restaurante, donde el chef consi-
gue mezclar los sabores, sirviendo las mejores carnes y
platillos preparados con recetas indígenas.
