está ubicado en Cabo San Lucas, Baja
California Sur, forma parte del destino
turístico premier de México.
Quivira Golf Club tuvo una inversión de 40
millones de dólares en más de 80 hectáreas. Está
ubicado en la costa del Pacífico y cuenta con el diseño
de clase mundial del legendario golfista y diseñador
de campos de golf Jack Nicklaus.
Fue inaugurado en diciembre de 2014 y de
inmediato es calificado como el “Mejor Campo de Golf
Nuevo a Nivel Internacional” de 2014 por la revista
Golf Magazine en su edición de enero de 2015 y
también ya es reconocido como el mejor campo de
América Latina.
A pesar de ser muy joven, tanto el desarrollo
como el campo de golf han recibido diversos
reconocimientos, como el TOP 5 “Great Golf Resort
Communities of 2015” por la publicación “World
Property Journal”. Por su parte, Golf Inc. reconoció a
Quivira como el “Desarrollo del Año” en 2014 y también
fue nombrado el “Mejor para Vivir en el Extranjero” en
la Edición Especial de LINKS Magazine de 2015 sobre
Bienes Raíces.
Jack Nicklaus expresó que “nuestro equipo ha
trabajado con el lienzo que la Madre Naturaleza
proporciona para crear uno de los campos más
espectaculares del mundo”. Asimismo, agregó que
“tratamos de crear algo de emoción en la montaña y
en las dunas, y creo que hemos creado un campo de
golf que se juega tan espectacular como luce”.
Finalmente, el legendario golfista indicw Rue £esta
propiedad nos proporcionó una oportunidad única por
su diversidad topográfica y entorno natural”.

fornia Sur which forms part of Mexico’s
premier touristic destination.
Quivira Golf Club had an investment of 40 mil-
lion dollars on over 80 acres. It is found on the
coast of the Pacific and bears the design of it’s
golf spaces to world-class legendary player Jack
Nicklaus.
Inaugurated in December 2014; it was im-
mediately qualified as the “Best New Golf
Course at International Level” of the year 2014
by Golf Magazine in it’s 2015 January edition.
It is also acknowledged as best golf course in
Latin America.
Despite being so young, the development
and the gold course have received several
awards, such as: a mention on the TOP 5 “Great
Golf Resort Communities of 2015” by the “World
Property Journal”. Golf Inc. recognized Quivira
as the “Development of the year” in 2014 and
it was also named “Best Place to Live Abroad” in
the special edition of LINKS Magazine in 2015 of
Real Estate.
Jack Nicklaus expressed: “Our team has worked
with a canvas from Mother Nature who has allowed
us to create one of the most mesmerizing golf
courses in the World.” He also said “ we have created
something exciting on the mountain and dunes. I
think we have achieved to forged a golf course that
