R
obert Greubel and Stephen Forsey began working
on their own visión, new generation Tourbillon in
1999. Over four years later, they unveiled their
brand ‘Greubel Forsey’ and stunned horological aficiona-
doswith their innovative “Double Tourbillon30°”. A time-
piece clearly demonstrating the two watchmakers’ quest
for innovation and perfection.
Amura
now presents their
“2nd fundamental invention the Quadruple Tourbillon à
différentiel sphérique where Robert and Stephen have
engineered the four Tourbillons together in a contempo-
rary design, in which elegance and harmony are the
dominant features. Thanks to this uncompromising cre-
ation, they have reaffirmed themselves as authentic
inventors, using the mechanical timepiece.
Asymmetrical balance
In the same spirit, and owing to the impressive number
of parts which make up the movement, an asymmetri-
cally-shaped case was chosen. The asymmetrical form
was also an aesthetic tribute to the asynchronicity of
the four Tourbillons. To complement the homogeneous
ensemble, the displays of the small second and the
power reserve dials are semi-circular.
Wearing a Quadruple Tourbillon à Différentiel is to
enter the universe of Robert Greubel and Stephen
Forsey, and to share, appreciate and be empathetic to
the essential values emanating from their Invention.
The mechanism
An architectural apotheosis
Greubel Forsey’s second fundamental Invention is the
culmination of five years of research and development.
Four separate Tourbillons are connected at the
heart of two autonomous regulating organs. Each of
the two regulating organs is composed of a balance
wheel oscillator placed in a cage of a first Tourbillon

ron a trabajar en supropia visión, una nueva gene-
ración de Tourbillones. Cuatro años después
develaron su marca “Greubel Forsey” deslumbrando a
los aficionados horologicos con su innovador “doble
Tourbillon 30°” una maquina que claramente demues-
tra su búsqueda por innovación y perfección.

ahora nos presenta con su segundo invento funda-
mental el Quadruple Tourbillon el que Robert y
Stephen desarrollaron los cuatro Tourbillones junto
con un diseño contemporáneo en el que la elegancia y
armonía son los rasgos fundamentales. Gracias a esta
inflexible creación, ellos se han reafirmado como
autenticos inventores.
Balance Asimétrico
En el mismo espíritu y debido a la cantidad impresio-
nante de piezas en este movimiento se escogió una
caja asimétrica. La forma asimétrica fue también un
tributo a la estética y asincronía de los cuatro
Tourbillones. Para complementar este ensamble
homogéneo los marcadores de segundero pequeño y
reserva de marcha son semi-circulares.
Usar un cuádruple Tourbillon es entrar al univer-
so de Robert y Stephen y compartir, apreciar y com-
prender los valores esenciales emanando de su
invento.
El mecanismo
Una apoteosis arquitectónica.
El segundo invento Greubel Forsey es la culminación
de 5 años de investigación y desarrollo.
Cuatro Tourbillones separados están conectados
al corazón de dos órganos reguladores autónomos,
cada uno de estos esta compuesto de una rueda de
balance oscilatoria y colocada en la caja del primer
