• Baviera (en alemán Bayern) en el sureste de Alemania,
es considerado el destino turístico número uno del país
por sus lagos, palacios, mercados, festivales y un sin-
número de atracciones que capturan la atención de
cualquiera. En este fascinante territorio, entre otras
cosas, es posible vivir la ruta de los antiguos romanos
a través del camino del Limes, en donde se pueden
apreciar excavaciones de antiguas termas romanas y
reconstrucciones de torres y castillos.
• La Catedral de Colonia (Kölner Dom), es una impresio-
nante estructura de dos torres de 157m de alto cuyo
estilo gótico consiste en una verdadera joya ancestral
construida de 1248 a 1880. Está ubicada en el centro de
la ciudad de Colonia y se trata de una de las mayores
atracciones de Alemania, siendo la más visitada de
todo el país. Esta belleza arquitectónica, por sus
dimensiones y extraordinario diseño, fue declarada
Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 1996.
• Una vez en el fascinante país de Alemania no se puede
dejar de visitar Munich, tierra de ensueño al sur de éste.
Por su ambiente multicultural, se torna la ciudad perfec-
ta para toda ocasión pues está llena de interesantes pin-
turas, joyas y esculturas, lo que nos envuelve en un
destino único e incomparable que gracias a sus extraor-
dinarios tesoros, representa una de las regiones con
mayor concentración de riqueza en el mundo.
• La Puerta de Brandeburgo está localizada en el centro
de Berlín y es considerada el símbolo de la ciudad.
Construida entre 1788 y 1791 posee cinco zonas de
paso, las columnas son de estilo dórico mientras que la
parte superior y el interior de las zonas de paso están
recubiertos con relieves que representan a Hércules,
Marte y la diosa Minerva. La puerta está coronada con
una escultura de cobre llamada la Cuádriga, que repre-
senta a la diosa de la Victoria montada en un carro tira-
do por cuatro caballos en dirección a la ciudad.

attention. In this fascinating territory, among other
things, it is possible to live the ancient Roman’s route
through the way of the Limes, in which some excava-
tions of the old Roman baths may be appreciated and
reconstructions of towers and castles.

• The Door of Brandenburg is located in the center of
Berlin and it is considered the trademark of the city.
Built between 1788 and 1791 it has five pass areas, the
columns are from doric style while in the upper part
and in the interior of the pass through areas are cove-
redwith embosses which represent Hercules, Mars and
the goddess Minerva. The door is crowned with a cop-
per sculpture called the Quadriga, which represents
the goddess of the Victory mounted in a car pulled by
four horses in direction to the city.
