It was in Göteburg, Sweden where the tests
were made in a big tank to know the behavior
once it was on the sea and the results didn’t
hesitate. For this several energetic needs were
considered like sustainable technology. Example:
thermal recycle, plus almost 900 square meters
of photovoltaic panels.
The Idea
Its look is similar to the one of an amphitheater
and they saywhen Luca Bassani would flip through
a naval magazine he discovered the image of a giant
vesselthatwasusedforearthquakestudies,apatented
modelby a Norwegian naval engineer.
Nevertheless, he decided to call his naval archi-
tect, Mauro Sculli who consulted the classifications
of the Italian navy register (Rina) and discovered
the patent didn’t include the yacht market. That’s
how the helmet of this impressive yacht was born.

La idea
Su look es similar al de un anfiteatro y cuentan
que Luca Bassani cuando ojeaba una revista naval
descubrió la imagende un enorme barcoque era utilizado
para estudios sismológicos, unmodelo patentado por un
ingeniero naval noruego.
Sin embargo, decidió llamar a su arquitecto na-
val, Mauro Sculli quien consultó las clasificaciones
del registro naval italiano (Rina) y descubrir que la
patente no cubría el mercado de los yates. Así fue
que nació el casco de este impresionante yate.
