Este es el origen del SL 118, la más pura línea San-
lorenzo SL interpretada a mayor escala y reforzada
con características de vanguardia. El yate es de un
ancho mediano al frente, pero con los volúmenes ex-
celentemente integrados en el perfil del bote gracias
a su súperestructura, que realza la familiaridad que
distingue a esta clase.
Sobre el nuevo insignia se pueden encontrar al-
gunos elementos ya presentes en el SL 104, como las
grandes ventanas del salón, los postes gris metálico,
el pasamanos transparente o el puente volado para
permitir una vista agradable desde lo alto del bote, el
travesaño y el friso de acero.
Los más de 36 metros de eslora, combinados con la
configuración semi-ancha del cuerpo, permiten espacios
inusuales y un asoleadero bien organizado al frente de
las terrazas abatibles al lado de la Suite del dueño, y el
salón al centro, como en los famosos y muy premiados
yates 40 Alloy (ejemplo: el 111).
El estilo del yate es expresivo de una modernidad
extensa y una innovación que abarca todo el bote. El
puesto del timón, por ejemplo, ubicado en la cubierta
media, es un concentrado de soluciones ergonómicas
avanzadas con las 4 pantallas individuales del siste-
ma de control y la esquina del navegador, como en un
avión comercial.
This is the origin of SL 118, purest Sanlorenzo SL
line, interpreted in a bigger way and strengthened
with avant-garde features. The yacht is a semi-wide
body in the front part, but with the volumes excep-
tionally well integrated in the profile of the boat
thanks to the windows shaping and superstructure,
that exalts the family feeling connoting the range.
On the newflagship one can find some elements
already encountered on SL 104, as the large salon
windows, the metal grey painted pillars, the trans-
parent handrail of the flying bridge to always allow
a pleasant view from the boat top, the transomwith
the teak hand rail and the steel frieze.
The more than 36 meters Loa combined with the
semi-wide body configuration allow unusual spaces,
as the well organized sunbathing area in front or
the folding terraces on the sides of the owner suite
and the salon amid ship, as on the famous and multi
awarded 40 Alloy (an example ismotor yacht 111).
The style of the yacht is expressing an extended
modernity and a spread innovation through out
all the boat. The helm station for instance, placed
on the half deck, is a concentrate of ergonomic
advanced solutions with the four control system
screens each individually standing, and the naviga-
tor corner as on a commercial aircraft.
