• Los ciudadanos provenientes de la Unión Europea
necesitan pasaporte u otro documento de identi-
dad en vigor para entrar a República Checa. Los
visitantes de otros países necesitan presentar el
pasaporte con una validez mínima de seis meses,
a partir de la fecha de llegada al país y, en algunos
casos, se requiere la visa.
• En República Checa es común la práctica del golf,
pues logra la combinación del deporte con las
bellezas naturales de todo el territorio. Existe una
basta oferta de campos centrados en el gran nivel
de juego y la alta calidad de sus instalaciones.
Actualmente hay 112 clubs y 70 campos de golf,
de los que dos son de 36 hoyos, dos de 27 hoyos,
20 de 18 hoyos y 45 de nueve hoyos. En Praga se
alojan los de mejor calidad y estándar de servicio.
• Existen diversas maneras de recorrer el país. Es
posible transportarse vía tren en Chequia, por
donde circulan diversas líneas internacionales. Se
puede tomar el autobús, ya que muchas ciudades
están conectadas por servicios internacionales.
Del mismo modo, es posible alquilar un automóvil
incluso por Internet y recogerlo directamente en el
aeropuerto o simplemente viajar en taxi o toman-
do el transporte municipal, que en cada ciudad
tiene bien señaladas las paradas.
• República Checa ofrece sitios como presas, embal-
ses artificiales y lagos con excelentes condiciones
para practicar varios deportes acuáticos. Existen
clubes locales en donde es posible alquilar equipo
para navegar en yate o vela. Gracias a la gran tradi-
ción que el destino ha tenido en estos deportes, la
compañía de ferrocarriles checos “Ceské dari” ase-
gura en la temporada de verano el transporte de
barcos en vagones especiales a muchos lugares
del país y zonas de embalses de presa de Lipno y
del río Luznice.

• The citizens coming from the European Union

document to enter the Czech Republic. The visi-
tors from other countries need to present the
passport with a minimum validity of six months,
from the date of arrival to the country, and in
some cases, a visa is required.
• In the Czech Republic is common the golf practice,

up directly in the airport or just to travel by taxi or
taking the municipal transportation, which in
each city has the stop signs well marked.
• The Czech Republic offers places such as dams,
artificial reservoirs and lakes with excellent con-
ditions to practice several aquatic sports. There
are local clubs where it is possible to rent equip-
ment to navigate in yacht or sailboat. Thanks to
the great tradition that the destination has in
these sports, the Czech train company “Ceské
dari” assures that in the summer season the
transportation of boats in special wagons to
many places in the country and reservoir areas on
the Lipno dam and the Luznice river.
