ste velero francés se distingue precisamente por la
versatilidad que tiene, desde la construcción se
puede definir el uso gracias a las tres opciones de
distribución interna que ofrece Bénéteau, ya en la práctica
es una embarcación que consigue ser el mejor en cual-
quiera de las actividades en las que se puede desenvolver,
ya sea para una tarde de paseo o para un cruce veloz, el
Oceanis Clipper 473 se desenvuelve con total naturalidad
en cualquier ambiente.
Yéndonos a la parte técnica podemos destacar que el
casco es de una sola estructura hecha de poliéster con re-
fuerzos en las partes que más lo requieren (como por
ejemplo la quilla o el timón). Por dentro hay un “contra-
molde” que distribuye el esfuerzo y la presión para exigir-
lemenos al casco haciendo que sea más difícil una ruptura
estructural, además que dicho contramolde es liso lo que
facilita la limpieza y proporciona un acabadomuchomejor.
Las tres versiones disponibles hacen que el tener un
Oceanis Clipper 473 sea, además de toda una experiencia
por su desempeño y belleza, una experiencia totalmente
personal, ya que podemos adecuarlo a nuestras propias
necesidades o requerimientos. La versión de cuatro cama-
rotes ofrece dos camarotes en popa con cama matrimo-
nial y baño propio, además de espacio para almacenar
y dos en proa (en ambos casos un camarote está a babor y
el otro a estribor), estos dos últimos no cuentan con baño.

because of its versatility. Even from the
moment it is built its use can be defined thanks
to the three interior distribution options that
Bénéteau offers. Once on the water, the Oceanis
Clipper 473 will be totally at home in any place as well
as the best in whatever activity in which it partici-
pates, be it a leisurely afternoon sail or a fast journey
across the water.
Concerning technical aspects, we canpoint out that
the one-piece hull is made of polyester and reinforced
in the parts that require it the most such as, for exam-
ple, the keel or steering wheel. Inside, there is a count-
er-mold that distributes exertion and pressure in order
to demand less of the hull, making it harder for it to suf-
fer structural damage. The counter-mold is smooth and
easily cleaned which translates into a better finish.
The three available versions mean that the owner
of an Oceanis Clipper 473 will experience both power
and beauty in a totally personal experience since he or
she can make it fit their own needs or requirements.
The four cabin version features two cabins aft, with a
double bed and private bathroom as well as storage
space, and two cabins in the bow (in both cases, a cabin
to port and another to starboard) without a bathroom.
In this version the galley is located to port.
