En esta ocasión el equipodeAmura Yachts&Lifestyle
junto con Otaduy Yachts participó con dos embarcacio-
nes disfrutando un añomás de este espectacular torneo,
el más famoso a nivel mundial que dio inicio el 18 de oc-
tubre con el registro de la junta de capitanes en el restau-
rante Baja Cantina y por la noche se hizo gala de la inau-
guración en la explanada de la plaza Puerto Paraíso con
la presentación de TAYCO, un grupo musical japonés que
toca con tambores, y luego dar paso al encendido del pe-
betero y cerrar con un espectáculo de fuegos artificiales.
El disparo de salida fue el miércoles 19 a las 8:00
horas a bordo de la embarcación Espíritu 2010, con la
espectacular salida de los cien navíos participantes.
Cabe mencionar que los esfuerzos de los organiza-
dores y la Legislación Mexicana de Pesca, en pro de la
conservación de las especies, sólo permitieron la cap-
tura de ejemplares de más de 300 libras, dando lugar
a una gran cantidad de liberación, teniendo como regla
dos peces por embarcación al día. La báscula estuvo
abierta desde las 8:00 horas, hasta las 21:00 horas y las
líneas se sacaron del agua a las 17:00 horas, además de
los anzuelos circulares, lo que dio mayor porcentaje de
vida a los peces liberados, eso pone a nuestro país en
los primeros lugares de conservación del Mundo.
