diferente de disfrutar la comida. Bridge Café invita
con sus exquisitos y variados buffets (platos indios,
chinos, filipinos y europeos) y The Swan nos consiente con
sus platillos refinados (langosta con salsa aromática,
toques parisinos en algunas recetas o manjares
regionales). Además, en The Swan la navegación va mar-
cando las propuestas culinarias, tanto en los postres como
en los platos principales. Esto es así debido a que por los
primeros se pueden descubrir los sabores de variadas fru-
tas de las diversas regiones por donde se navega a lo largo
del viaje, y por los segundos se conocen sabores y recetas
típicos de esos lugares. Junto a esto, gracias a su atmósfera
elegante el restaurante regala momentos inolvidables, al
tiempo que se disfruta de los mejores vinos del mundo
(chilenos, sudafricanos, australianos y franceses, entre
otros). The Swan ostenta el estatus del mejor restaurante
a bordo, y también es uno de los mejores lugares, de los
que hay en los puertos visitados, para cenar.

and regional delights). Besides, in The Swan, the
navigation route is what determines the culi-
nary offerings on board, from main dishes to
desserts. The desserts feature the fruits of the
regions through which the ship sails and the
main dishes, their flavors and traditional
recipes. In the restaurant, with its refined
ambiance, you will spend memorable moments
while enjoying some of the world’s finest wines
(Chilean, South African, Australian and French,
among others). The Swan is the best restaurant
on board and, also, one of the finest places to
dine in the ports of call.
