• Soufrière is full of charming attractions:
plantations, waterfalls, thermal springs, botanical
gardens, natural trails and sailing.
• Don’t forget to try a mud bath or the Roman baths
with temperatures of 31 °C (88 °F) in the variety of
springs and waterfalls.
• The port city of Castries is the best place for
shopping.
• The Vigie Beach, located in Castries, is the longest
beach in Saint Lucia. Cas en Bas Beach—north of
the island—is more family oriented, while Reduit
Beach has the most varied offer in aquatic sports,
cafés and restaurants.
• One of the best locations for diving is Anse
Chastanet because you can find coral reefs near
the shore.
• Rodney Bay Marina, Pigeon Island, and Soufrière
are the best places for yacht rental and to dock
at the Marinas.
• Some companies offer horse rental for trips down
the trails, through the rainforests and along the
beautiful beaches.
• Take the opportunity to visit some of the
protected areas: Maria Islands Nature Reserve,
Edmund Forest Reserve, Des Cartiers Rainforest,
etc., to experience adventures and enjoy the
marvelous unspoiled nature y wildlife.
• Pigeon Island is a good place to visit; it’s
connected to the rest of Saint Lucia buy a path
built in the 1970s. Exploring the archeological
site in Fort Rodney, built by the British in the
18th century.
• Saint Lucia Rum Admiral Rodney has won some
awards: the gold medal at the International
Wine & Spirits Competition in London and at the
World Spirits Competition in Germany.

• La ciudad de Soufrière ofrece muchos encantos:
