The creole culture was formed by artistic, intel-
lectual and spiritual expressions; an intangible re-
gion that spans from the Greater and Lesser Antilles,
to the continental Caribbean, Mexico, Florida and
Louisiana in North America, and all the way to the
Empires, where
creólite
is now equally honored.
An example of this is the
Caraïbe de la Seine-Saint-
Denis
festival in France. But there are numerous
points of reference to celebrate, explain, debate, and
share this heritage that lives on in the metaphors of
their Diasporas in relentless miscegenation. A simi-
lar process occurred in other oceanic areas: to the
west of Africa, India, to the southeast of Asia to Indo-
nesia, Macao, the Philippines, Malaysia and Oceania.
The creole influence manifests itself beyond
language in different cultural expressions: dance,
music, literature, gastronomy, clothing, plastic
arts, traditional medicine, history, philosophi-
cal thought and daily life—knowledge that has
surged from oral tradition through generations.
Fortunately, nowadays it is recognized as a trait
of continental pride.

Menores, el Caribe continental, América del Norte con
México, hasta Florida y Luisiana para de allí regresar a
los Imperios, donde igualmente hoy se honra la
creólite
.
Un ejemplo de ello es el festival
Caraïbe de la
Seine-Saint-Denis
en Francia. Pero existen cuantiosos
puntos de reunión para celebrar, explicar, debatir y
compartir esta herencia que continúa en las metáfo-
ras de sus diásporas en incesante mestizaje. Un pro-
ceso similar ocurrió en otras zonas oceánicas: el oeste
de África, India, sudeste de Asia hasta Indonesia, Ma-
cao, Filipinas, Malasia y Oceanía.
La influencia criolla se manifiesta más allá del
lenguaje en diversas expresiones culturales: danza,
música, literatura, gastronomía, vestimenta, artes
plásticas, medicina tradicional, historia, pensamiento
filosófico y en la vida cotidiana; un conocimiento cuyo
vehículo ha sido la tradición oral a través de genera-
ciones. Afortunadamente, en nuestros días se reco-
noce como una marca de orgullo continental
.
