he family of BoeingBusiness Jets, comprised of
the BBJ, BBJ 2 and BBJ 3, now has a new mem-
ber: the 787 Dreamliner VIP version, whose
interiors were recently put on display.
This airplane newly developed by the U.S. compa-
ny is notable not only for its advanced technology.
The firm’s engineers, located in Seattle, Washington,
went much further by virtually launching it in VIP
format, along with the 747-8 Intercontinental.
The first commercial version of the 787
Dreamliner was presented on July 8, 2006, and until
nowhas sold 569 units to 44 clients around theworld.
All the luxury and comfort of this VIP version BBJ
is featured in abundance, exceeding in size any busi-
ness jet offered by the competition. Fine wood and
leather finishes on every seat characterize this flying
“castle”, adjustable to the work and travel preferences
of its owners.
The 787’s spacious cabin and advanced technolo-
gy permit each owner to design a spectacular atmos-
phere adjustable to all their needs and desires.
Whether one seeks a mansion or an air-born office –
or both – the possibilities are nearly endless.
For Steven Hill, president of BBJ, “the 787 VIP is a
highly attractive airplane developed for successful
and wealthy executives, especially from Asia, where
business is conducted at great distances. The 787 has
it all: long distance capacity, advanced technology
and a spacious, comfortable cabin”. The company
expects to position two models for the short term in
Latin America.

miembro: el 787 Dreamliner versión VIP, cuyos
interiores fueron presentados recientemente.
Este nuevo avión de la compañía estadounidense
no solamente posee lo último en tecnología. Los inge-
nieros de la firma ubicada en Seattle, Washington, fue-
ron más allá al lanzarlo –virtualmente- en su edición
VIP, junto con el 787-8 Intercontinental.
El primer 787 Dreamliner, en su versión comercial,
fue presentado el 8 de julio, y hasta el momento se han
vendido 569 unidades a 44 clientes alrededor del
mundo.
Todo el lujo y la comodidad de los BBJ en estemode-
lo VIP superan por tamaño a cualquier business jet de la
competencia. Finos acabados en madera y cuero en
todos los asientos son la marca de este “castillo” vola-
dor que se ajusta a las preferencias personales, de tra-
bajo y de viaje de su poseedor.
La espaciosa cabina y tecnología del 787 permiten
al propietario diseñar un ambiente espectacular que se
ajusta a sus necesidades y preferencias. Ya sea que bus-
