C
Thord Man Goong
(
cake
dorado de camarones con salsa de ciruela),
Narm Prig
Ong
cracling
de puerco) o su famoso
Gaeng Phed Ped Yang
Pla Thord Nam Ma
Kam
(pescado dorado, con salsa de tamarindo y
hojas de pandan),
Mong Korn Pon Fai
(langosta
Choo Chee Gong Lai
(gigantescos
W
hen the sunset settles over the rice field in
the center of the Four Seasons Resort
Chiang Mai, the mountains are lit; the can-
dles and torches are lit up, components which frame
the moment of serving dinner, in front of that mag-
nificent view.
In the restaurant Sala Mae Rimof the resort some
exquisite dishes are served, very representative of
the cuisine on the north of Thailand:
Thord Man
Goong
(golden shrimp
cake
with plum sauce),
Narm
Prig Ong
(pork with tomato, and chile pasta, vegeta-
bles and pork
cracling
) or its famous
Gaeng Phed Ped
Yang
(red coconut curry, with roasted duck and
fruits), finishing with one of the most refreshing
desserts based on fruits.
Famous for its great selection and refinement of
its Thai cuisine, installed in a fantastic scenery, with
its terrace that offers the view over the rice field, cul-
tivated by the farmers or in its elegant lounge with
its wood roof made with teak wood.
In Koh Samui you can taste more of the Thai cui-
sine. The view from the restaurant Lan Tania of the
Four Seasons is absolutely astounded, perfect hallu-
cination within a dream come true.
Located upon the hill that dominates the resort,
the sea breeze invades the environment.
We can delight ourselves with a
Pla Thord NamMa
Kam
(golden fish, with tamarind sauce and pandan
leaves),
Mong Korn Pon Fai
(roasted lobster, with dried
chile is an oyster and cashews sauce) or the
Choo Chee
Gong Lai
(giant shrimp in curry sauce and lemon leafs).
The Lan Tania is a treasure of the haute interna-
tional and fusion cuisine that pampers their com-
panions at the table while they enjoy the most
beautiful view of the island of Samui.
