Festivities

Throughout the year, several social events take

place; the carnival is their main festivity, and it

takes place between February and March. In May,

the St. Lucia Jazz Festival lasts four days. Octo-

ber 28 is the International Creole Day, and De-

cember 13 is the National Day of Saint Lucia.

Durante todo el año se realizan diversos eventos: el

carnaval es su festividad principal que sucede entre

febrero y marzo; en mayo ocurre el Festival Interna-

cional de Jazz de Santa Lucía, durante cuatro días. El
