na región apaciblemente hermosa, donde
emana la tradición milenaria del vino y las
bondades de la naturaleza es el Valle del Rhin,
una de las regiones alemanas productora de las catas
más importantes del mundo.
Desde tiempos medievales, el cultivo del vino en
esta región ha estado asociado a la noble variedad de
uva blanca Riesling.
En el siglo XVIII, los viticultores en el Valle del Rhin
fueron quienes por primera vez reconocieron el arte de
recoger la uva en distintas etapas; de esta técnica
proviene el llamado
Prädikate
(atributos especiales),
que caracteriza a los vinos de calidad superior.
Otra variedad de uva en el Valle del Rhin es una
versión de Pinot Noir llamada
Spätburgunder
. Los
vinos de esta variedad son tintos, de cuerpo medio a
robusto, con bouquet similar al sabor de las moras.

the wine emanates and the goodness of the
nature, one of the German regions producers of the
most important tastings of the world.
Since medieval times, the cultivation of the
wine in this region has been associated to the noble

In the XVIIIth century, the viticulturists in the
Valley of the Rhine where the ones that for the first
time recognized the art of picking up the grape in
