Sir Ewan Gunn explica que en su constante via-
jar ha conocido 60 países, y ya era hora de venir
a México. Contó una experiencia: “Tuve una cena
anoche con un grupo de personas y algunas nunca
habían probado el escocés, o lo habían probado y
no les gustó –tal vez años atrás-. A cada una le en-
cantó, por diferentes razones. Y eso para mí es el
sello supremo de un whisky escocés “Single Malt”
realmente bien hecho: que sea aceptado por todo

like it, perhaps years ago. Everyone loved it for dif-
ferent reasons. And that to me is the ultimate seal
