TRADITION AT
Its denomination F-Type puts it in direct line
as the successor of the Jaguar E-Type, the classic
sportive roadster of the brand, converted today in
one of themost searched classic cars by collectors.
The E-Type transformed between the years of
1961 and 1975 in the icon by excellency of Jaguar,
the recognized universal combination between a
luxury model and a superior sportive power. In its
beginnings, it wore 6 cylinders, line that begun in
the decade of the 1970’s, however, it transformed
into a 12 cylinders, supreme example of its phi-
losophy regarding not economizing to achieve the
supreme automotive experience.
In the XXI century, the F-Type assumes that
legend as its own, but with one clear orientation
toward actual technology, which puts the accent
in the smart energy consumption, the drive ex-
perience, the security and connectivity.
RENOVATION
Although Jaguar has been a respected and
feared throughout the world, in the last de-
cades it had “civilized” with a line of design and
output that seek to attack the urban segment,
as well as the executive and premium.
In these niche, the brand was capable of pro-
ducing extraordinary vehicles with outputs,
coupés and executive sedans that maintain its
tradition of high performance, in order to put it
at the service of comfort and urban conduction.
However, with the F-Type, Jaguar shows once
more its claws, in the beginning of a new genera-
tion that starting 2013, will bringback all the leg-
end of the race tracks to experience in daily life.

Su denominación F-Type lo pone en línea directa
como el sucesor del Jaguar E-Type, el clásico roadster
deportivo de la marca, convertido hoy en uno de los
autos clásicos más buscados por los coleccionistas.
El E-Type se convirtió entre los años 1961 y
1975 en el icono por excelencia de Jaguar, la com-
binación universalmente reconocida entre un
modelo de lujo y a la vez un deportivo de poder
superior. En sus inicios portaba un motor 6 cilin-
dros en línea que hacia los años 1970 se convir-
tió en un 12 cilindros, ejemplo supremo de una
filosofía de no escatimar en nada para lograr la
máxima experiencia automotriz.
En el siglo XXI, el F-Type asume como propia esa
leyenda, pero con una clara orientación hacia la tec-
nología actual, que pone el acento en el consumo
inteligente de energía, la experiencia de manejo, la
seguridad y la conectividad.
RENOVACIÓN
Aunque Jaguar había sido una marca respetada
y temida en todo el mundo, en las últimas déca-
das se había “civilizado”, con una línea de diseño y
prestaciones que buscaban atacar el segmento de
ejecutivos, urbano y “premium”.
En ese nicho, la marca fue capaz de producir ve-
hículos de extraordinarias prestaciones, coupés y
sedanes ejecutivos que mantenían su tradición de
alto desempeño, pero para ponerla al servicio del
confort y de la conducción urbana.
Sin embargo con el F-Type, Jaguar vuelve a mos-
trar las garras, en el inicio de una nueva generación
que a partir de 2013 traerá de vuelta toda la leyenda
de las pistas, para experimentarla en la vida diaria.
