Zirl
Un lugar histórico, al pie del monte Zirl y de la impo-
nente roca de Martinswand, donde el emperador
Maximiliano se perdió durante una partida de caza.
Este lugar es famoso por sus vinos y por ser propicio
para las hermosas “orquídeas alpinas”, que pueden
apreciarse en el camino. Aquí se encuentran también
las ruinas del castillo de Fragenstein que datan del
siglo XII. Todo esto combinado con variadas activida-
des deportivas como escalada de roca, excursiones,
bicicleta y esquí.
Zirl
A historic place, at the foot of the Zirl Mount and of
the impressive rock of Martiswand, where the
emperor Maximilian got lost during a hunting
party. This place is famous for its wines and for
being favorable for the beautiful “alpine orchids”,
and can be appreciated in the road. Here are also
found the ruins of the castle of Fragenstein which
date from the XII th century. Al this combined with
the different sport activities such the rock climb-
ing, excursions, biking and ski.
