“Törggelen”, proveniente del latín “torquere”, que
significa presionar y girar. Esto se refiere a la técni-
ca de presionar la cosecha de la uva, que fue la
manera tradicional de hacer vino años atrás. Era una
costumbre de la gente local caminar de viñedo en
viñedo para probar el vino de la nueva cosecha, una
práctica que sigue viva hoy en día.
