trip House, el afamado restaurante que abrió
sus puertas en el 2000 a minutos de la Quin-
ta Avenida, evoca un ambiente retro de una
manera moderna. El restaurante es reconocido por
sus cortes supremos de carnes, como New York Strip
Steak y Rib Eye, que son cocinados a la perfección y
acompañados de patatas fritas, gigantescos anillos
de cebolla o, si el cliente lo desea, una generosa papa
al horno rellena de queso cheddar, trozos de tocino y
salsa agridulce.
Asimismo, se puede disfrutar del indiscutible-
mente exquisito Double Porterhouse, el cual se cor-
ta y sirve en mesa, o del maravilloso Cote du Beouf.
El restaurante también ofrece platillos de mar, como
el atún de cola amarilla, salsa de pimienta verde en
grano, langosta, pescados a la plancha y sumergidos
en salsa de albahaca o una selección de sushi vege-
tariano. Entradas como crema de espinaca con trufas
negras y patatas a base de foie-gras complementan la
experiencia culinaria.

trip House, the renowned restaurant that
opened its doors in 2000 minutes away from
Fifth Avenue evokes a retro environment in a
modern way. The restaurant is known for its superb
cuts, such as the New York Strip steak and the Rib
Eye, both of which are grilled to perfection and ac-
companied by French fries, large onion rings, or, if
the client prefers it, a generous baked potato filled
with Cheddar cheese, bits of bacon and sour sauce.
One can also enjoy the undoubtedly exquisite Dou-
ble Porterhouse, which is cut and served on the ta-
ble, or the marvellous Cote Du Beouf. The restaurant
also offers seafood-based dishes, such as the Yel-
lowfin Tuna with a green peppercorn sauce, lobster,
pan-seared red snapper in a basil sauce, and, as well,
a selection of vegetarian sushi. The wine list is am-
ple, offering diners multiple choices to accompany
their courses. The internal decoration was designed
by David Rockwell, who selected shades of red and
gold for the tables surrounded by fixed chairs as
