El país se divide en ocho territorios administrativos:
el área de Nairobi (la capital del país) y siete provincias, en
donde se pueden encontrar desde zonas áridas y semi-
áridas (norte del país) y sabanas, hasta bosques y mon-
tañas (centro y occidente del país), además de una gran
costa con el Océano Índico. Su capital –Nairobi– es la ciu-
dad más importante en términos comerciales, inclusive
en toda África representa un polo económico y financiero.
Kenia posee el Producto Interior Bruto más elevado en el
Este del continente. Los principales sectores económicos
de Kenia son el turismo, la agricultura y la construcción,
es un productor tradicional de té y café. Kenia cuenta con
gran potencial en la industria de las telecomunicaciones,
así como una potenciamundial en el deporte.

The country is divided into eight administra-
tive territories: Nairobi (it’s capital) and seven
other provinces where arid, semi-arid (to the
north), savannahs, woods and mountains (in the
west and center of the country), besides it’s coast.
Its capital is the most important city in commercial
affairs, in such a way it represents a economic and
financial pole for all of Africa. Kenya, possess a high
ranked Interior Brut Product in the East of the con-
tinent. The principal economic sectors are: tourism,
agriculture, construction, and their already tradi-
tional, coffee and tea production. Kenya shows a lot
of promise in the telecommunications industry, as
well as a world leader in sports.
