En Noruega son dos expresiones rupestres las
más significativas; una es la de los escandinavos
que desembarcaron aproximadamente en el siglo I
d.C. y, la más remota, proviene de los sami, pueblo
que habitó en Laponia (desde el norte de Noruega,
hasta la península de Kola, al noroeste de Rusia). La
ruta de la historia, abre paso a los vikingos. El rey Ha-
rald Hårfagre, considerado el fundador de la nación,
tomó control de gran parte del país tras derrotar a
sus rivales en la batalla naval de Hafrsfjord, cerca de
la ciudad de Stavanger.
Por su parte, la historia escrita ubica el origen de
la nacionalidad noruega en el periodo que compren-
de 80 a 1030 d.C. Al final de la era vikinga, Noruega
nace como un reino independiente cuyo monarca era
electo en cuatro asambleas regionales de campesi-
nos (lagtings). Desde su surgimiento como reinado,
esta nación ha atravesado un sinnúmero de vicisitudes
hasta lograr contar con su propia Constitución; mis-
ma que el 17 de mayo pasado, celebró su aniversario
número 200.

In Norway the two most significant ancestral
expressions are: one that is the expression of the
Scandinavian who disembarked approximately
in the I century AC and the oldest comes from the
Sami, a people that lived in Lapland (from the North
Norway to the Kola Peninsula, Northwest of Rus-
sia). The History Route gives way to the Vikings.
King Harald Hårfagre who is considered the founder
of the Nation, took control of the most part of the
Country after vanquishing his rivals in the naval
battle of Hafrsfjord, close to the city of Stavanger.
On the other hand, the written history places
the origin of the Norwegian nationality in the pe-
riod that goes from 80 to 1030 AC. At the end of the
Viking era, Norway is born as an independent king-
dom with a king that was elected in four Peasants
Regional Conventions (lagtings). Since it became a
kingdom, this Nation has undergone a large num-
ber of difficulties until it managed to get its own
Constitution which on May 17th of this year cel-
ebrated its 200 Anniversary.
