Hyde Park, en Londres, la elegancia mo-
derna de este lugar es matizada por su
ambiente relajado e informal. Su decoración incluye
detalles que evocan directamente lo más representa-
tivo de las raíces británicas. Las hermosas esculturas
de madera tallada en el techo le otorga un nivel más
profundo, museístico, pero son sus delicias lo que real-
mente le da el lugar que merece. Su menú ha sido más
que inspirado, pues mediante un admirable trabajo de
investigación ha logrado resucitar recetas insólitas que
datan de los siglos XV y XVI, rescatando así tesoros cu-

museum like, deeper level, but its delights yield what
the place truly deserves. Itsmenuhas beenmore than
inspired, for through an admirable work of research,
it has managed to resurrect unwonted recipes dating
the XV and XVI centuries; thus rescuing culinary trea-
sures from the Old Continent, to which otherwise we
would not ever have access anymore. Indescribable,

in the oblivion, now resurrecting, interpreted with a
