L
a vinoterapia es una invitación a luchar contra el
envejecimiento de la piel mientras se goza de ins-
talaciones relajantes en medio de los viñedos del
Château Smith Haut-Lafitte, muy cerca de Bordeaux.
Les Sources de Caudalie es un elegante hotel a la
orilla del laguito, con salones adornados de vigas rústi-
cas, habitaciones que conservan el encanto del campo,
acogedoras y soberbias, en unos edificios típicos de la
región. Sus dos restaurantes sirven cocina regional
acompañada por los mejores vinos y principalmente el
vino elaborado por el propietario del lugar.
El edificio de vinoterapia es una muestra de elegancia
y sobriedad, a la orilla de la piscina, al lado del pequeño
campo de golf. Sus tratamientos son a base de polifenol,
extraído de semillas de uvas y otros residuos, lo que per-
mite luchar contra el envejecimiento de la piel. Los trata-
mientos se realizan con baños en tonel a la viña roja,
terminando por un enrollamiento de miel y vino (aplica-
ción caliente de levadura de uva, miel y aceites esenciales
biológicos), y seguidos por un masaje a cuatro manos con
aceite de semillas de uvas y tratamientos de la cara.
La estancia permite gozar de la piscina interna o de
la externa, y las comidas se sirven siguiendo una dieta
equilibrada según los deseos de cada uno. Además,
ofrecen jacuzzi con extractos de viña roja y aceites
esenciales, enrollamiento con arcilla preparada con
extractos de residuos de uvas, y varios tipos de masajes
con aceites biológicos. Caudalie ha creado también una
gama variada de cremas para la cara y el cuerpo, para
fortalecer la piel y detener el envejecimiento.

to battle against the aging of the skin while
you enjoy the relaxing installations found
in the heart of the Château Smith Haut-Lafitte vine-
yards, very near Bordeaux.
Les Sources de Caudalie is an elegant hotel locat-
ed at the edge of a small lake. Its salons are decorated
with rustic beams and the cozy, elegant rooms, in typ-
ical buildings of the area, preserve the charm of the
countryside. Its two restaurants serve regional cui-
sine accompanied by the best wines, especially the
house wine.
The elegantwine therapy building is situated at the
edge of the swimming pool and on the side of the small
golf course. Its treatments are based on polyphenols
extracted from grape seeds and other residue which
fight against the aging of the skin. The treatments are
red wine or grape decantation baths, concluding with a
honey and wine wrap (an application of warm grape
yeast, honey and essential biological oils) followed by a
four hand massage with grape seed oil and facial treat-
ments. During their stay, guests enjoy the indoor or
outdoor swimming pool and the nutritional and well-
balancedmeals planned for each.
They also feature Jacuzzi baths with red wine
extracts and essential oils, wraps with clay prepared
with grape residue and various types of massages
with biological oils. Caudalie has created, for the face
