El porcentaje del enganche puede representar hasta
el 30% del monto total de la operación de la compra.
El saldo a ser financiado por FONATUR puede ser
cubierto en un plazo de hasta 8 años a partir de que
se haya cubierto el total del enganche.
2. La segunda opción, te permite adquirir un lote
invirtiendo inicialmente sólo el 10% del valor total
del lote, cubriendo este monto en un plazo de 30
días sin generar intereses.
El saldo a ser financiado por FONATUR puede ser
cubierto en un plazo de hasta 8 años a partir de que
se haya cubierto el total del enganche.
3. En la tercera opción, puedes liquidar el valor total
del lote en un año, con pagos mensuales fijos sin
intereses.
Ninguna de las tres opciones de financiamiento de
FONATUR, no generan comisión de apertura.
