E l viejo Mónaco ha sido encantado por
el restaurante Maya Bay. Esta nueva
propuesta del chef Christophe Du-
puy ha creado olas en el principado
no solamente por sus platillos, sino
también por el revolucionario diseño
interior de Sylvestre Murigneux, quien ha creado un
jardín alrededor del establecimiento para llevarnos
directamente a los paisajes del norte de Tailandia.
Por su parte, el chef Dupuy ofrece una extensa se-
lección de platillos del Noreste y Sureste de Asia
como curry rojo con camarones a la parrilla; po pia
pack, unos monumentales rollitos primavera relle-
nos de vegetales a la juliana; y gai tod, un pollo frito
acompañado de una salsa de limón, hojas de kaffir
y semillas de cilantro.

the Maya Bay restaurant. This
new proposal by Chef Christophe
Dupuy has made waves in the
principality, not only because
of its dishes, but also because of
the revolutionary interior design by Sylvestre
Murigneux, who has created a garden around the
establishment that takes us to the very heart of
the Northern Thailand jungle. For his part, chef
Dupuy offers an extensive selection of Northeas-
tern and Southeastern Asian dishes, such as red
curry with grilled shrimp; po pia pack, monu-
mental spring rolls filled with julienne of vege-
tables; and gai tod, fried chicken paired with le-
mon sauce, kaffir leaves and coriander seeds.
