The Ten Room
The Ten Room es un restaurante formal estilo
“brasserie” que sirve un menú pleno de sabores nove-
dosos que crean, junto con la decoración, un ambiente
epicúreo sin par.
Un desayuno típicamente inglés comienza con
huevos poché, revueltos o estrellados a su gusto,
rebanadas de tocino escocés de lomo, sausage,
pudín, champiñones campestres y tomates “ce-
reza”. Si prefiere pedir a la carta, dos sugerencias
son el salmón ahumado London Cure con queso
crema y polen de hinojo, o los huevos revueltos
con salmón, limón y melba toast. Por supuesto,
acompañado por su te favorito entre una larga
variedad de tes. Se sirve de 7:00a 10:30 am, con
puntualidad inglesa.
El menú para la comida y la cena se sirve de 11:30
am a 2:30 pm y de 5:30 a 10:30 pm. Comience con una
Tártara de Atún acompañada de rábano en vinagre y
ajo tostado. Si se inclina por un pescado, que sea el
Robalo de Mar, servido con estofado de hinojo, pi-
miento rojo ahumado y aceitunas negras. Una delicio-
sa entrada sería la chuleta de ternera “Holstein”, exce-
lente opción que se presenta con alcaparras, anchoas
y avellanas a la mantequilla con soya. Si a su paladar
le gusta la carne a la parrilla, concédale el deleite de
un Entrecôte (término “medium rare”) servido con
berros, tomate ciruela, cebolla y champiñones esto-
fados a la parrilla. Termine el festín con una selección
de quesos franceses e ingleses, con pan de frutas.

The Ten Room is a formal restaurant “brasserie”
style with a menu full of innovative flavors that
create, along with the décor, an unparalleled epi-
curean atmosphere.
A typical English breakfast starts with poached
eggs, fried or scrambled to your choice, Scottish
bacon slices of tenderloin, sausage, pudding, coun-
try mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. If you prefer
to order a la carte, there are two suggestions, the
London Cure smoked salmon with cream cheese
and fennel pollen, or scrambled eggs with salmon,
lemon and melba toast. Of course, these should be
accompanied by your favorite tea from a large vari-
ety of teas. It is served from 7:00 to 10:30 am, sharp
in accordance with British punctuality.
The menu for lunch and dinner is served from
11:30 am to 2:30 pmand from5:30 to 10:30 pm (other
menus are available for intermediate schedules).
Start with a tuna tartar accompanied by pickled rad-
ish and roasted garlic. If you prefer fish, let it be the
Sea Snook, served with braised fennel, smoked red
pepper and black olives. A delicious entry would be
the Holstein veal chop, an excellent choice presented
with capers, anchovies and hazelnuts in soy butter.
If your palate likes grilledmeat, itwould be delighted
with an Entrecôte, medium rare, served with water-
cress, plum tomatoes, and onions and grilled stuffed
mushrooms. Finish the feast with a selection of
French and English cheeses, with fruit bread.
