Luminor Regatta Chronograph 44mm
Para el “Classic Yachts Challenge 2008” la edición, única como siempre, y
limitada a 500 unidades de un cronógrafo con cronómetro preparado para
indicar los cinco minutos finales que preceden a la señal de partida de una
regata. La esfera, protegida por un cristal zafiro antirreflejante de más de
2.5 mm de espesor, tiene varios detalles que conviene destacar. Uno de
ellos es el trabajo del fondo, formado por pequeños cuadrados que con-
forman una celosía grabada que da profundidad a la esfera y en la que de-
stacan los dos grandes números arábigos y los índices horarios.

Regatta Chronograph 44 mm, a chronograph and also a chronometer
equipped to indicate the final five minutes preceding the starting sig-
nal of a yacht race. the dial has several details worthy of note. For exam-
ple, the working of the background consists of little squares forming
an embedded lattice which gives depth to the dial itself, against which
the two large Arabic numerals and the hour markers stand out.

Itten appear to literally leap out of the dial.
