Negra es una cordillera de bosque bordeada por el valle Rhine. Pi-
nos y abetos forman la fauna principal del lugar, y la industria mayor es
el turismo, la cual se dedica principalmente a ofrecer tours en bicicleta o
esquí de fondo. Existen varios pueblos viejos en la Selva Negra. Lugares
de interés incluyen Freiburg, Calw, Gengenbach, Staufen, entre otros. El
Schwarzwälder Freilichtmuseum Vogtsbauernhof es un museo al aire libre
que enseña cómo vivían los granjeros durante los siglos XVI y XVII.

Schwarzwälder Freilichtmuseum Vogtsbauernhof is an open-air museum
which shows the life of sixteenthand seventeenth century farmers.

volcanic island locates in the southern Aegean Sea, Santorini
is the largest islandof a small, circular archipelagowhichbears the
same name. The island remains the home of a small, but flourish-
ing, wine industry, based on the indigenous grape variety, Assyrtiko, which
produces such renowned wines as the sweet and strong Vinsanto, and ex-
tremely dry white wines with strong citrus scents. The traditional archi-
tecture of Santorini ismade of local stone and whitewashed or limewashed
with volcanis ashes used as colors. Santorini is home to unique produce,
including cherry tomatoes that are extremely flavorful, white eggplants
that are very sweet, andkatsoúni, aunique local variety of cucumbers.

antorini es la Isla volcánica al sur del mar Egeo más grande dentro
de un grupo que forma un pequeño archipiélago circular. La isla es
el hogar de una pequeña, pero prospera industria de vino, que se
basa en la variedad de uva local conocida como Assyrtiko, que produce vi-
nos dulces y fuertes como el Vinsanto, y vinos blancos extremadamente
secos de tonos cítricos. La tradicional arquitectura de Santoniri se cons-
truye a base de piedras locales que se blanquean con ceniza volcánica
para darles color. Santorini es el hogar de vegetales únicos, incluyendo
tomatitos cherry, berenjena blanca, y katsoúni – pepinos locales únicos
de la región.
