, era la ciudad más fuerte de España du-
rante el reinado de Julio Cesar. Construida sobre un acantilado
sobrevolando la planicie central de Andalucía. Carmona exporta
grandes cantidades de vino, aceite de oliva, ganado y granos. La ciudad
aloja el Citadel, que solía ser la fortaleza principal de Pedro de Cas-
tilla, y el cual ahora es un lujoso Parador. Carmona también presume
una exquisita cocina regional, la cual sirve una gran variedad de tapas y
platillos locales.

, was the strongest city in Spain in
the times of Julius Caesar. Built on a ridge overlooking the cen-
tral plain of Andalusia, Carmona boasts a thriving trade inwine,
olive oil, grain and cattle. The town is home to the Citadel, which now
lays in ruins, yet which ones served as the principal fortress of Pedro
of Castile, and which is now a luxurious Parador. Carmona is also home
to exquisite Andalusian cooking, that serves a great variety of tapas
and local dishes.

ituado en la ribera de la Laguna de Bacalar, la más importante
de las lagunas del sur quintarroense, es una ciudad entre sitios
arqueológicos mayas y la ciudad de Chetumal. La Laguna ofrece
palapas para almorzar, excursiones en bote, y otros servicios. El Museo
de la Guerra de Castas ubicado en el antiguo fuerte de San Felipe muestra
armas y objetos de los fundadores de Bacalar. El Cenote Azul, permiten
observar perfectamente desde la superficie hasta una profundidad de
más 30 metros.

ituated at the banks of the Bacalar Laguna, the most important
of the southern Laguna’s in the state of Quintana Roo, which un-
folds in and around the Laguna, the nearby mayan ruins, and the
town of Chetumal. The Laguna is home to delicious local seafood, boat
excursions, and other services. The Mueso de la Guerra de Castas lo-
cated in front of the old San Felipe fort displays firearms and artifacts
from Bacalar’s founders. The Cenote Azul, allows travelers to see down
to the ocean floor, 100ft from the surface of the water.
