ocated at the heart of the jungle, at the foot of
the Arenal volcano, inside the gardens of the
Arenal Nayara are these two Haute Cuisine
and luxury restaurants that serve delights fit for
kings, yet which fortunately us too can enjoy.
Sushi Amor serves the finest “tropical” sushi dish-
es with a latin flavor inside an elegant space domi-
nated by the view towards the Arsenal volcano. We
were passing by when our view caught a fountain of
vodka, where diners could taste a variety of the spirit
from different brands. Once our hunger began to set
in, we decided to try their considerably appetizing trio
of ceviches, the Miso soup, the Hikkei Tiradito (tuna
sealed with sake and soy sauce), the Anticuccho beef,
and the Satay chicken. The plamheart saladwas a par-
ticularly exotic dish, and the novel taste of the green
Peruvian rice truly excited our palette.

nal, dentro de los jardines del hotel Arenal Nayara;
son dos restaurantes de lujo y Haute Cuisine que
sirven manjares dignos de reyes, que afortunadamente
también podemos disfrutar nosotros.
Sushi Amor sirve los mejores sushi “tropicaliza-
dos” al sabor latino, en un elegante espacio dominado
por la estampa del volcán Arenal. Pasábamos por ahí
cuando nos atrapó una fuente de vodka, de la que los
comensales podían probar diversas marcas famosas
y variedades. Una vez abierto el apetito nos dispusi-
mos a probar su muy recomendable trío de ceviches,
la sopa Miso, el Hikkei Tiradito (atún sellado con salsa
de sake y soya), la res Anticuccho y el pollo Satay. Las
ensaladas con palmito nos regalan gustillos exóticos
y los novedosos sabores del arroz verde peruano des-
pertaron la curiosidad de nuestro paladar.
