mansion has been wonderfully restored to its former

It is located in the seductive townof Pyrgos, on a hill
in the middle of Santorini island. The halls with their
decorated ceilings, the terrace with its amazing view of
the island, the exceptional service and the delicate
flavors of the marinated octopus and the rack of lamb
prepared with local herbs make Zannos Melathron the
best restaurant on the island and one of the Aegean’s
finest. A wine maker, the Zannos Melathron has its own
tasting cellar and serves an excellent selection to
accompany the exquisite dishes.
