ituado a la orilla del mar Báltico, el Grand Sopot
Sofitel es uno de los más bellos hoteles de 5
estrellas en Polonia. Su majestuoso edificio se
extiende frente a la playa, dominando el mar Báltico
de color azul oscuro, adornado por un hermoso jardín
con flores y pérgola. Su lujo impacta desde el majes-
tuoso lobby, donde mármoles de colores se organizan
en un diseño rígido y elegante.
El bar nos recibe con sabor a los años veinte, con
una serie de fotos donde aparecen los huéspedes más
importantes que ha tenido el hotel: Charles de Gaulle,
Marlene Dietrich, Hitler, Charlton Heston, Janet Leigh
y Orson Wells, entre otros. El hotel fue construido en
1927 y ha sido restaurado en su interior tal como era,
agregando el lujo y la elegancia de hoy.

extends itself in front of the beach, dominating the
deep-blue Baltic Sea, adornedwitha beautiful garden
with flowers and pergola. Its luxury astounds guests
as they enter the lobby, where the colouredmarble is
organized in a rigid and elegant design.
The bar welcomes us with a 1920s flavour, andwith
a series of photographs that display some of the most
important guests of the hotel: Charles de Gaulle, Mar-
lene Dietrich, Hitler, Charlton Heston, Janet Leigh and
Orson Wells, among others. The hotel was built in 1927
andhas been interiorly restored to resemble its original
design, adding contemporary luxury and elegance
