When it comes to recreational vessels and

private yachts—which are, without a doubt, the

best way to visit Saint Lucia—, they offer special

services in Rodney Bay, popular because it has

showers, restaurants, pools, ship maintenance,

and supermarkets along with five docks with

232 parking spots for boats up to 12ft. long. An-

other location worth mentioning is Marigot Bay,

considered one of the most beautiful of the Ca-

ribbean, recently remodeled. There, we can find

the Discovery resort, which includes accommo-

dation, spa, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and an

adjacent marina. This bay can harbor big ships,

with a minimal depth of 15ft. It is a Port of En-

try to Saint Lucia with the full range of Customs

& Excise, Immigration, SLASPA and Ports Police.

repair facilities, luxury yacht availability and

proximity to land.

En tanto que las embarcaciones de recreo y yates

privados –que sin duda alguna son la mejor opción para

visitar Santa Lucía–, disponen de servicios especiales

en Rodney Bay, muy popular debido a que ofrece du-

chas, restaurantes, albercas, mantenimiento para las

embarcaciones, y un supermercado junto con cinco

muelles con 232 plazas para acomodar barcos de has-

ta 12ft. Otro punto es la Bahía de Marigot, considerada

una de lasmás bonitas del Caribe, remodelada reciente-

mente. Ahí se encuentra el complejo Discovery, que in-

cluye hospedaje, spas, restaurantes, bares, boutiques,

y una marina. Esta bahía puede albergar naves de gran

tamaño, con una profundidad mínima de 15ft; es un

puerto de entrada a Santa Lucía con la gama completa

de aduanas y de impuestos especiales, inmigración, y

policía portuaria. Los puertos brindan también: com-

bustible libre de impuestos, astillero con instalacio-

nes de reparación, provisión de yates de alta calidad, y

proximidad a tierra.
