Museo de arte y ciencias
Ubicado en el desarrollo urbano de Marina Bay, en el
sur de Singapur con la más avanzada arquitectura,
ingeniería y servicios es un espectáculo urbano que
sólo se puede vivir transitándolo; de hecho esta zona
se ha convertido en uno de los más visitados de todo
el país por sus paisajes. El diseño arquitectónico del
museo evoca a una flor de loto, y fue realizado por el
arquitecto Moshe Safdie. Cuenta con 21 galerías en
6 mil metros cuadrados, en donde está la exposición
permanente, y con otras tres galerías dedicadas a la
expresión, la curiosidad y la inspiración. Las exposi-
ciones buscan hallar los vínculos entre el arte y las
ciencias, cómo es el “Renacimiento” singapurense con
la exploración creativa. Vuelve a esta necesidad origi-
nal de no huir a la sensibilidad con la automatización
tecnológica, mostrando con arte cómo se descubre y
anima la tecnología para que tome sentido humano.

Art and Science Museum
Located in the urban development of Marina Bay, in
the South of Singapore; with the most advanced ar-
chitecture, engineering and services, it is an urban
show that must be known by walking through its
streets, in fact this area has become one of the most
visited in the country by its landscapes. The architec-
tural design of the Museum evokes a Lotus Flower,
made by the architect Moshe Safdie. It has 21 galler-
ies on 6,000 square meters, where is the exhibition
permanent and, with other three galleries dedicated
to the expression, the curiosity and inspiration. Ex-
hibitions seek to find the links between art and sci-
ence, just as it is the “Renaissance” Singaporeanwith
creative search. Back to this original need of not run-
ning away from sensibility with technological auto-
mation, showing with art how is discovered and en-
couraged technology tomake human sense.
