a historia de Valencia, desde su fundación,
ha transcurrido alrededor del agua.
A manera de alegoría, esto se puede
sustentar en El Tribunal de las Aguas de
la Vega de Valencia, la más antigua ins-
titución de justicia existente en Europa y que, hasta
nuestros días, se reúne para resolver los problemas
del agua en tierras de Valencia.
Pero por ahora, la historia que nos atañe, la del
Agua de Valencia, involucra a tantas culturas y comu-
nidades como el nacimiento mismo de la ciudad; ésta
es la razón por la cual el popular cóctel también se ela-
bora con una amplia diversidad de ingredientes, como
el cava (vino espumoso), zumo de naranja, vodka y gi-
nebra, entre otros no revelados por su inventor.
