has fiber optic technology, water, electricity, sewer, but no paved roads. It is located at just 12 km from Cesis, a small village with shops, a hotel
and 20,000 inhabitants. Riga, Latvia’s capital, is at only 80 km from here. Residences are available from 62.500 to 495.000 Euros, although there
are homeowners who will offer their houses for rent.
