por una fracción del precio que usted esperaría pagar.
Dado que el número de membresías disponibles es
limitado, usted puede usar su hogar vacacional como
guste. The Auberge Private Residences at Esperanza
no es tiempo compartido.
Su membresía le permite venir tan seguido como
desee, sin límite. Puede gozar su hogar vacacional
durante un mínimo garantizado de 4 semanas cada
año durante la mejor temporada (octubre a junio). El
Club puede recibirle días adicionales sobre la base de
“espacio disponible”. Si no puede usar sus semanas
planeadas, puede inscribir hasta dos en el programa
de renta Auberge Hotel, que da a los miembros el
50% de los ingresos netos obtenidos por la renta
de su residencia. También cuenta con el beneficio
exclusivo de intercambiar sus semanas programadas
de vacaciones en Esperanza con propietarios de otros
Resorts de lujo incluidos en el portafolio The Private
Homes Collection.
SERVICIOS Y AMENIDADES
Las amenidades incluyen servicios de conserjería,
compras antes de su llegada, servicio de restaurante en
su residencia, transportación al aeropuerto, servicio de
camarera, fitness center y clases de yoga, restaurante
junto a la playa, restaurante casual La Terraza
Americana, Palapa Bar y Parrilla junto a la alberca y dos
más en la alberca, Members Club Room, tienda, playa
privada y tres albercas con borde al infinito.

the Members all the benefits of owning a vacation
property of the highest quality for a fraction of the
price you would expect to pay. Since there are only
a limited number of Memberships available, you
have the opportunity to use your vacation home as
often as you like. The Auberge Private Residences at
Esperanza is not a Timeshare.
Your Membership entitles you to come as often
as you wish, no limits. You may enjoy your vacation
home for a guaranteed minimum of four weeks
each year during the prime season (October through
June). The Club can accommodate you on additional
dates on a space-available basis. If you are not
able to use your planned weeks you may submit
two of them to the Auberge Hotel rental program.
The rental program provides Members with 50%
of the net revenues generated from the rental of
your residence. You may also trade your planned
vacation weeks at Esperanza with owners at the
other luxury Resorts within The Private Homes
Collection portfolio.
AMENITIES & SERVICES
Amenities include concierge services, pre-arrival
shopping, in-residence dining and room service,
airport transportation, maid service, fitness center
and yoga lessons, sea-side restaurant, La Terraza
Americana Casual Dining, poolside Palapa Bar and
Grill and two swim up bars, a Members Club Room,
Shopping and Spa boutique, a private beach and
three breathtaking infinity styled pools.
