La catedral (1298-1454), reina del barrio gótico,
es una de las obras cumbres de gótico español, de
dimensiones modestas y muy distinguida. En su ele-
gante fuente se hace el ritual del
Oum Com Balla

dejando un huevo suspendido arriba del chorro. El
interior es altanero, el claustro es una maravilla.
La plaza de Sant Felip Neri se rodea de antiguos
gremios, la casa de l’Ardíaca luce con su estilo rena-
centista del siglo XVI, la Plaza del Rei impresiona por
su conjunto arquitectónico donde admiramos el
Palau Reial Major, el Palau de Lloctinent, la Capilla de
Santa Ágata.
