El Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas impresiona

esa ciudad de grandes palacetes donde visitamos
también la Real Basílica, el Convento del Carmen, los
museos, los callejones y las plazuelas.
La Catedral (1262-1356), compendio de varios
estilos, alza su famosa Torre de Miguelete, se adorna
de soberbios frescos y encierra un magnífico museo
donde admiramos el Santo Cáliz.
La vida nocturna se concentra en el Barrio del
Carmen, Playa del Grao y Ciutat de les Arts i de les
Ciéncies, maravillosa creación que atrajo las miradas
del mundo entero sobre Valencia con su arquitectura
futurista diseñada por Santiago Calatrava.
Desde Valencia hasta el Cabo de la Nao
y los pueblos de las montañas
Nuestro último día de navegación nos llevó a
descubrir la larga playa que protege la gran laguna
del Parque Natural de la Albufera al sur de Valencia,
pasando la Torre del Cap, los puertos de Cullera,
Grandía y Oliva, hasta descubrir el encantador puer-
to de Denia, con su fuerte y excelente atraque, de
donde salen los ferrys a Ibiza.
Pasando el pequeño Cabo de Sant Antoni, donde las
montañas alcanzan el mar, entramos en la Bahía de
Jávea para visitar el hermoso Cabo de la Nao, con sus
impresionantes acantilados montados por ostentosas
mansiones, sus playas y la isla de Portitxol.

From Valencia to the Cape of the Nao
and the mountain villages
Our last day of navigation took us to discover the
long beach that protects the great lagoon of the
Natural Park of the Albufera to the south of
Valencia, passing the Tower of the Cap, the ports of
Cullera, Grandia and Oliva, until discover the
charming harbor of Denia, with its fort and excel-
lent tie up, from where the ferries to Ibiza depart.
Passing the small Cape of Sant Antoni, where
the mountains reach the sea, we enter into the
Javea Bay to visit the beautiful Cape of the Nao,
with its impressive cliffs mounted by ostentatious
mansions, its beaches and the island de Portitxol.
The ancient town of Javea seduces for its quiet
atmosphere while the beach stirs up with the
