Su cava guarda en fresca tranquilidad cientos de
miles de botellas que evocan paisajes, castillos y fin-
cas: Lafite, Rorhschild, Petrus, Cheval Blanc, Yquem,
Romanée-Conti, Dom Pérignon y Cristal Roederer,
entre muchos más. La cava tiene una superficie de
unos 1,500m
²
y sus estantes cubren una longitud de
un kilómetro.
