Un verdadero placer. Seguimos con la Viña Concha y
Toro, en Pirque, donde degustamos 3 diferentes vinos,
y luego comimos en “La cocina de Blaine”, restaurante
tradicional donde probamos los raviolini con salsa al
gamberi e fungi. Lo acompañamos con un Cabernet
Sauvignon Casillero del Diablo, de Concha y Toro.
Seguimos nuestro recorrido en Viña Portal del
Alto, cerca de Alto Jahuel, Viña Tarapacá en Buin, pa-
samos por Viñas Cousiño Macul cerca de Peñalolén y
terminamos por Viña Undurraga, cerca de Talagante.
Una vez que hubimos probado de los mejores vinos
del valle del Maipo, y con cierta alegría gracias a ellos,
alcanzamos nuestro hogar para esa noche: La Casona
/), en el valle de
San Antonio, rodeado por los viñedos Matetic.
La Casona es una experiencia excepcional con lujo,
magia y elegancia. Nadamos en su piscina disfrutando
del paisaje, su mesa de billar, las habitaciones y final-
mente el restaurante “Equilibrio”, donde nos ofrecie-
ron frescos pescados ymariscos, deliciosos corderos y
patos, acompañados por los mejores vinos Matetic de
la línea Corralillo Premium y de la EQ Ultra Premium,
como los Sauvignon, Pinot Noir y Chardonnay.
Aunque no hay un solo vino chileno en la lista de los
100mejoresdelañopasado,laprestigiadapublicaciónWine

different wines. We dined at “La cocina de Blaine “
a traditional restaurant where we tasted the ravi-
olini with gamberi and fungi sauce accompanying
it with a Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon,
Concha y Toro.
We continued our tour to Viña Portal del Alto,
near Alto Jahuel and Viña Tarapacá in Buin. We
passed near by the Viñas Cousiño Peñalolén and
ended up at Undurraga near Talagante. Once we had
tasted the best wines in the Maipo Valley, and with
certain joy thanks to this, we reached our home for
the night: La Casona (
casona/), in the valley of San Antonio, surrounded
by the Matetic vineyards.
La Casona is an exceptional experience it has
luxury, charm and elegance. We swam in the pool
while enjoying the scenery, the pool table, the
rooms and finally the restaurant “Balance”. We were
offered fresh seafood, delicious lamb and duck, ac-
companied by the best wines Matetic from the Cor-
ralillo Premium line and the EQ Ultra Premium, like
Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Although there is not a Chilean wine that has
made the top 100 list last year, the prestigiousWine
Spectator magazine believes they continue to ad-
