mente hermoso. Los viñedos son tan verdes y abun-
dantes como en las regiones más prolíficas de Francia
o Italia. La visita a esta región se centra en disfrutar
los vinos, saborear la comida hecha con ingredientes
gourmet frescos y perderse en el paisaje.
Aproximadamente a media hora de camino de
Ciudad del Cabo se encuentra Franschhoek. Con 20
viñedos, esta zona es considerada la capital gourmet de
la región. Entre sus más destacados establecimientos
se encuentra Le Quartier Francais, cuyo chef Margot
Janse ganó el premio Relais & Chateaux en 2006.

sidered the gourmet capital of the region. Among
its most emphasized establishments Le Quartier
Francais, whose chef Margot Janse won the prize
