visitante. Desde viñedos pródigos hasta kilómetros
de playas, sin mencionar sus abundantes habitantes
del
reino
animal,
ciudades
cosmopolitas.
Difícilmente se encontrará sin saber qué hacer en
este país.
Tradicionalmente, Sudáfrica ha sido asociada con
viajes centrados alrededor de safaris y turismo de
aventura, pero en años recientes este país se ha
caracterizado como un destino que busca combinar
la aventura con el lujo y el hedonismo. Siendo uno de
los países más occidentalizados de todo el continen-
te, la infraestructura turística está muy desarrollada,
lo cual facilita su exploración.
Históricamente el escenario de sangrientas bata-
llas y luchas de poder, la Sudáfrica de hoy en día
busca exorcizar sus demonios y consolidarse como
un país democrático y progresista. Con líderes como
Nelson Mandela en su haber, lo cierto es que cuentan
con la inspiración y motivación suficiente para apo-
yar el progreso y la integración, aunque todavía
queda mucho por hacer.

power struggles, today’s South Africa looks for
exorcizing its demons and consolidate as a demo-
cratic and progressive country. With leaders such
as Nelson Mandela in its possession, the truth is
they count with the enough inspiration and moti-
vation to support the progress and the integration,
even though there is too much left to do.
